Digi-Net solidifies position as market leader and gains access to thousands of new clients
ATLANTA, January 19, 2005 - Digi-Net Technologies, Inc., a community building and e-commerce solutions industry pioneer, today announced the successful acquisition of GlobalChat Inc., a leading provider of online communications and collaboration solutions.
