MARK HYNES NAMED PRESIDENT OF DIGI-NET TECHNOLOGIES, INC
ATLANTA, January 25, 2005 - Digi-Net Technologies, Inc., an online collaboration and e-commerce solutions industry pioneer, recently named Mark Hynes to serve as President. He will be responsible for the company's strategic direction and leading the worldwide enterprise sales and marketing efforts.

"We are in the process of releasing some very exciting new products and Mark's leadership and vision will be instrumental in getting us to the next level."
Hynes, based in Atlanta, brings to Digi-Net more than 13 years of extensive management and industry experience with extremely high-growth companies. Most recently, he was the co-founder and COO of Xevo Corporation, a software development company that provides system administration and management solutions to large enterprises and service providers. He helped establish Xevo as the recognized leader in its category and raised venture capital funding and strategic partner investments totaling more than $30 million.
Prior to co-founding Xevo, Hynes was employed by Bain & Company as a management consultant where he helped Bain's technology and Internet clients develop new markets, evaluate acquisition opportunities and achieve operational efficiencies.
He has also served as the EVP of operations and a Board Member of KI Research Inc. and a Venture Financial Analyst for Westinghouse Commercial Systems Divisions. Hynes has a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from James Madison University.
