Digi-Net ranks as the fastest growing technology company in the state
GAINESVILLE, FL, February 19, 2002 – Digi-Net Technologies, Inc., a leader in messaging technology for e-commerce and community building applications, today announced its selection as one of Florida’s 100 fastest growing private companies.
Digi-Net ranked as the 8th fastest growing private company and the fastest growing IT company in Florida. Annual rankings are calculated by measuring a company’s percentage revenue growth over a three-year period. The University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business Administration, the Fisher School of Accounting and the Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation sponsor this prestigious program. The sixth annual Florida 100 provides recognition to the fastest growing private companies in Florida. The annual ranking is an extremely prestigious and impressive achievement.

Digi-Net Technologies began in 1996 as an Internet consulting firm specializing in assisting businesses, both local and global, with end-to-end solutions that allowed them to take full business advantage of the emerging Internet medium. In January 1999, Parker transitioned the company from a predominantly Web-based consulting firm implementing custom software solutions to a commercial software development company.
